Role and Responsibilities of the CRM Specialist (Salesforce)

  1. Salesforce Administration: Managing the configuration, customization, and day-to-day operation of our Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring it aligns with our business needs.

  2. Data Management: Overseeing data quality and integrity within Salesforce, conducting regular data audits, cleansing, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

  3. Process Optimization: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and automation within the CRM system, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

  4. User Training and Support: Providing training sessions to users at all levels to ensure proper utilization of Salesforce features, addressing user inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.

  5. Reporting and Analytics: Designing and generating meaningful reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, customer behavior, and trends.

Qualifications required for the CRM Specailist: (To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications):
