Description

  • Respond to incoming customer interactions and diffuse situations, show empathy, probe and engage with clarifying questions to identify and resolve routine and complex inquiries, requests and complaints through written communication.
  • Balance multiple streams of work at one time, while keeping a focus on average response times to customers and handle times of emails and tickets.
  • Develop excellent knowledge of our clients product
  • Consistently maintain a high level of performance in Key Performance Indicators to show competency in job performance, including call scoring, training activities, availability, and break adherence.
  • Analyzes customer's needs or issues and reference Company training materials to research information to provide timely response to customer inquiries.
