● A role were you are first point of contact in all Credit Risk related questions in the Nordic region
● The Credit Risk Manager assures that credit risks of the Nordic Region are analyzed, steered and communicated appropriately
● Responsibility for establishing and monitoring the credit policies, procedures and controls
● Development, evaluation and implementation of changes to credit risk related systems and processes
● Many contacts towards different stakeholders within the Group and within the different business lines
What should you bring along?
● You hold a University degree in Business Administration or Economics and gained 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in credit risk management
● You are comfortable to work in English. The Nordic language and/or German is an advantage.
● To be successful in this position you need to have a high degree of initiative, endurance and consistency as well as ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. You combine this with a very good and convincing communication and presentation skills and the ability to tailor these activities for different target groups.
● You are experienced in processing and analyzing complex data and have distinctive analytical skills. You enjoy analyzing data and use them to obtain conclusions and measures therefore we expect you to be self-motivated, results-driven and have a strong attention to detail.
