An exciting opportunity to work with world-leading premium products in the Nordic region. In close cooperation with your manager and other team members, you will have the opportunity to make a clear impression in our business development.

The service is based in Stockholm, and you start from our office in Södermalm, nearby Södra Station, but you are expected to travel frequently (30-50 travel days per year) in, above all, Finland, but also in the rest of the Nordic region, for customer visits, events, carpooling's and sales meetings.

Description

As one of our Trade Marketing Managers, you have the task of developing the sales and sales volumes of our Finnish customers through local marketing plans and customer activation plans, as well as driving local brand and product awareness. In addition to being responsible for marketing Goodyear in Finland, you also have overall Nordic marketing coordinator responsibility for one of our sales segments: rubber retail, car dealership or wholesale.

Based on market development, customer needs, data analysis and aligned with the European, Nordic and national sales and marketing strategy, you are responsible for building and executing a dedicated marketing plan (campaign, activations, etc. in collaboration with marketing manager, Portfolio Brand Manager, KAMs and sales managers.

You are also responsible for your budget, where you build an action plan per channel, chain and customer, follow up on outcomes and given value, and ensure that Goodyear is visible at our retailers and that we follow our communication policy by suggesting and creating tools and materials.

Profile

Who are we looking for?

  • You have at least 8 to 10 years of work experience in marketing, sales or other commercial roles
  • You have at least a bachelor's degree in marketing, media and communication, sales and commerce or finance
  • You have experience from B2B
  • You have good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You have a strong analytical ability and knowledge of market drivers
  • You are process-oriented and see opportunities for improvement
  • You are self-sufficient and take full responsibility for assigned tasks/processes
  • You can communicate fluently in both speech and writing in Swedish, Finnish and English

What else?

We believe you are the right person for this challenge if you are a good coordinator with project manager skills who are enterprising and working proactively. You have the ability to communicate and build relationships with both internal and external parties. In addition to this, we also see that you are a curious person who is enthusiastic about learning new things, has the stamina and authority to initiate and implement activities and campaigns and at the same time has a drive to improve processes.

Job Offer

The position is a permanent position with a probationary period of 6 months. Goodyear Nordic includes seven countries - Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
