Among the products are their proprietary and industry-leading system for mobile location services as well as professional service to ensure a high level of quality. Mobile Arts is a company at the forefront of mobile telecom software development, including Tre, Telenor, Telia, Tele2 and other major operators around the world. Mobile Arts is an internationally established company with around 40 customers in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas.

The head office is located on Södermalm in Stockholm and in total, about thirty employees currently work at the company. The IT team consists of 3 people, some of whom are based in Uppsala. They will be your closest colleagues even if you start from the office in Stockholm. This is because Mobile Arts sees the need to support the IT team from its local office in Stockholm.

Arbetsuppgifter
The role includes supporting the IT manager with various tasks within IT. You work closely with the IT manager but have independent responsibility for your cases and tasks. Over time, the tasks will become more advanced and in the long run also include some support of your customers' cases as well.

For example, you will:

* Help colleagues with IT support, administering, maintaining and expanding the existing IT environment and supporting everyday matters.
* New installations, updates and maintenance both internally and in the customer's IT environment.
* To some extent, help the customer with troubleshooting and support in case of problems or in certain cases.
