As an HR Manager you are going to support our growing organization in our Sweden location. You will contribute with both hands-on and strategic support of our leads through recruiting, performance management and talent management to cultivate an innovative, fast paced, and inclusive culture.

Arbetsuppgifter

* Act as first point of contact for all HR related queries for the location, by understanding and being able to communicate and explain local policies and procedures
* Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting
* Partner closely with HR Group Lead on global strategy and execution
* Provide support on Recruiting activities
* Partner with Finance and Labor consultants on Payroll and Legal aspects
* Manage HR related vendor relations (insurances, broker, payroll provider)
* Understand local compliance topics and labour law legislation for the location
