Description

Your next challenge:

Your day2day tasks will include:

  • Lead and develop the account plan and strategy ensuring optimisation of assets and infrastructure
  • To contribute to the overall PM EMEA Paper&Board business strategy as part of the commercial team
  • Develop an implement long-term account plants for key accounts customers and regional customers within Paper&Board industry in Scandinavia
  • Build long-term relationships with the Key Accounts and Regional Customers
  • Develop constructive internal relationships
  • Develop best practices safety exchange with Key Accounts and act as a role model on safety related aspects
  • Lead the Commercial implementation of CSR principles and New products within the customer base
  • To analyse and develop a strategic view of the customer to ensure relevance of account plan in the long-term
  • To review account plan and projects when appropriate to ensure ongoing accurate forecasting
  • To analyse and develop a product and pricing strategy in line with internal resources to ensure optimum utilization and profitability for the Company
  • Ensure agreed annual sales revenues are achieved
  • Ensure that customers, and customer satisfaction, is maintained

Profile

How are we looking for?

We believe that you have the following skill sets to make it happen:

  • Sc. in chemical engineering or similar
  • Min 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Communication skills
  • Project Management skills

  • Relationship management skills
  • Strategic vision and planning capabilities

  • Industry and market knowledge
  • Product knowledge
  • Willingness to travel
