On behalf of our client, a much well-known multi international Swedish retailer, we are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to the company´s headquarters in Stockholm.

The Accounts Payable department (A/P) is a global department within the Finance & Accounting function that works closely together with both internal and external stakeholders. Our department is on a transformation journey with a focus on automating and centralizing our A/P processes. We are now looking for a senior Accounts Payable Specialist who will have a key role in leading and developing the accounts payable processes by sharing your learnings and knowledge to develop and improve our way of working.

Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak
The job of a senior A/P Specialist comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do list includes:

•  Be a project manager in appointed A/P areas
•  Having a global responsibility by leading the daily operation in the global Accounts Payable team including the Shared Service Center
•  Ensure quality within your area through guidance of other accounting departments and functions

Vem är du?
We believe you are a sales-minded, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. To be successful in this assignment we believe you have the following;

•  Degree within Business Administration & Economics (or similar)
•  Minimum 5+ years of experience within a similar role is required
•  Experience of establishing a shared service center for a global organization is required
•  Experience of running and developing new and existing A/P processes
•  Experience of working in SAP
•  Experience of RPA and machine learning
•  Fluent English skills, both in speech and writing

We offer a challenging role with the opportunity to influence the ways of working within global accounting. You will play a key role in transforming our A/P department and will be given lot of responsibility from day one. Your work will be carried out in close collaboration with the A/P Department Manager with the joint goal of aligning our internal stakeholders to achieve the most efficient setup of the department.

This assignment is for six months starting February 22, 2021 but could start earlier depending on candidates availability. You will be employed by Poolia Ekonomi!
