What are the Job duties, you ask?

You are acting with timely and proactively incident fixing and testing. You will work as part of a team to assist the business (marketing, finance, customer service). You will provide technical expertise and play a key role in the ongoing projects to improve the business. You will work closely with our colleagues on MS Dynamics CRM and our Integrations team, who excell in MS Azure.

We do have a couple of mandatory requirements:

  • You need to be able to write and speak fluently Swedish and English
  • You are of course technically minded and have worked with similar products
  • You are eager to learn and are a great team player
  • You are able to work on multiple tasks

So, exactly what are we looking for?

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to work with our main business system to ensure that it will support the needs of the business in today’s changing media environment. It includes maintaining as well as improving multiple processes for:

  • Handling distribution of 43.8 million magazines to our subscribers in 2019
  • Digital subscriptions management for our websites with paywalls.
  • Backend system for our e-commerce websites
  • Processing of subscriptions and product orders both coming from the web and postal.
  • Payment transactions from Klarna, banks and credit cards.
  • Campaign and invoice printing
  • Stock and shipping orders to our warehouse.

The team

We are a Nordic team (2 colleagues in Copenhagen, 4 in Malmö (including you) and 2 in Helsinki). Team Manager is seated in Copenhagen too. We have daily meetings on MS-Teams. We communicate openly and good-humoured amongst each other. We have a very flat organization where no one acts pretentious.

All members of the team have extremely good technical skills; are capable of handling more tasks ‘simultaneously’ and have a very logic way of thinking. At the same time, it is also required that we have a holistic view of the situation. The same is of course required of you.

We work closely with our Superusers of the business system (from various departments in the Nordics), whom we are in contact with daily.
