In the position first line support you will be responsible of answering incoming phone calls and emails, mainly from private costumers. By troubleshooting you support the incoming tickets, they mostly consist of user support, installation of software, orders, counselling, passwords and daily work with applications. You solve the tickets independently or forward them to the division in concern, your focus is always to give the costumer the best service possible. You are a part of a newly created team that supply costumers with technical support in Danish, Finnish or Norwegian. Initially you will get a proper introduction to provide you with knowledge about the company’s products/services, computer systems and working procedures.
