The Marketing Manager Role in Sweden, is open for a temporary position, covering parental leave for approximately 15 months. This is the perfect role for a generalist marketer, willing to take on a broad role, the eager to grow in your expertise and optimize your work, have the possibility to a do a variety of tasks, and at the same time be able to perhaps choose and pick the direction of your profession.

responsibilities.

The Marketing Manager in Sweden oversees all three Marketing functions: Consumer Engagement (B2C), Customer Engagement (B2B) as well as Performance Marketing. As single point of contact the position is special and consists of strategic tasks as well as creative support and the execution of projects. The Marketing Manager should work collaboratively with experts in other markets (both EU and NA) to be aware of global projects and make use of best practices. Within these projects the most important goal is to ensure relevance and success for the Swedish market situation. The Marketing Manager should always be in close contact with the local business owners to be involved in the local Sales and Product strategy as well as the overall recruiting situation in Sweden. It is a unique position within the global Marketing organization that asks not only for a high level of already existing, practical Marketing skills but an extraordinary will to learn new things and become an expert in all fields (generalistic mindset). From a personality point of view the Marketing Manager needs the capability work on her/his own, be proactive in gathering information, be able to review the own achievements and be transparent with her managers regarding projects and progress. The Marketing Manager needs to be able to verbalize the Marketing strategy for Sweden to all Swedish employees but with a special focus on Sales. As the only Marketing representative, the Marketing Manager holds responsibilities for budget updates, controlling of incoming invoices etc. in close collaboration with the line manager. 
 
 
 Primary duties
- Marketing strategy, planning and budget responsibility (supervised) for Sweden

- Sales support via all available Marketing channels including CRM, collateral and other sales materials, content management, customer events and individual Sales support

- Candidate management via all available Marketing channels including CRM, content management, seeker events and the support of collaboration with Product

- Performance management including the management of external agency and alliances partnerships, reporting and general analysis based on the defined set of KPI

- Special project support on global Marketing projects 

- First point of contact for Swedish Management team and GM



working hours.

Full time, temporary contract for 15 months, starting no later than beginning of October 2020. Regular office hours Monday- Friday. 


qualifications.

The Marketing Manager role or Marketing Expert is a generalist one as position holder is the only local Marketing resource who must work closely with the local sales team but is reporting into an European marketing team with the manager located in Germany. Therefor fluent in both English and Swedish is a requirement.
