On behalf of our client Randstad is looking for an HR professional for immediate part-time hiring, for the role as Compensation & Benefit Manager

responsibilities.

In this role you will be responsible for Comp & Ben, Payroll and HR-administration. You will take lead to develop and improve our clients administrative HR and Payroll processes and ensure the support offer is in line with the company’s strategic HR agenda. You will contribute within the Comp & Ben area both on a strategic and operational level. You will initiate, drive, and participate in numerous projects, working in collaboration with our HR/Payroll vendors as well as our colleagues in the HR Operations team and the Shared Service Center. You will actively support the team in the operational work with focus on processes, systems and vendor management. The position is located at our clients Swedish HQ in Solna.

The role is 50%,  starting immediately


qualifications.

You have academic degree in HR or equivalent education with minimum 8 years’ experience from HR. With a minimum of 5 years experience working as a manager. 

You will be outplaced at a truly global company, so we believe that you have experience from working in a similar organization with a deep understanding of working within a matrix organization. You have good understanding in Payroll Systems and Processes as well as working with Change Management with great results. You can build relations and network across functions and at all levels, which requires strong communication skills and that you are fluent in both Swedish and English. As a person you are a skilled people manager who gets your motivation from driving changes and continuous improvements.
