THE OPPORTUNITY

Nobia, Europe´s leading kitchen specialist, is currently going through an exciting and expansive phase with new strategies in place which focus on putting the customer experience and digital development at the focal point. They are investing heavily in the digital space and building new digital products using the latest technology to create unique buying experiences for their consumers.

You will be joining a friendly and warm Data, Analytics and Insights team that always enables your development, both personal and technically.

YOUR CHALLENGE

This brand new role will be responsible for advanced Quantitative and Qualitative Data Analysis & Insights for Nobia´s omnichannel space. The role involves auditing and troubleshooting of the existing tracking and measurement configurations (ensure that analytics data is accurate and there is sufficient monitoring in place to spot any issues). You will be working with QA, Reporting and Visualisation processes, development of documentation.

Digital Analyst at Nobia will be a trusted advisor for the data quality, analytics questions, business insights enabling data-driven site changes, new initiatives and development opportunities. All this will be possible by delivering regular and effective updates and actionable insights around Digital CX and Marketing. This team member will drive conclusions on what the most effective on-site and on web marketing tactics are.

THE TEAM AND WORK PLACE

You will join the Data, Analytics and Insights team and report to the Digital Analytics and Insights Lead. You will be sitting in a new and modern office at Blekholmstorget 30, in central Stockholm.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for you who has a technical background and a good grounding in web analytics and digital marketing. We would like you to have experience from IT, Mathematics or Statistics. The important part is that you have big passion for numbers, data and that you like to work in a challenging, data driven environment!

We also see that you have experience and strong knowledge in:

  • Web analytic solutions (e.g. Google Analytics , Adobe Analytics)
  • Marketing Automation.
  • Tag management systems (e.g. DTM, GTM, Tealium).
  • Predictive modeling, SQL or R.
  • Data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Klipfolio, Qlik, Data Studio etc.
  • Big data mining, manipulation and analysis.
  • Written and spoken English.
  • Swedish is an advantage.
