Head of Group Accounting & Reporting 

Your key responsibilities includes

  • Responsible for group consolidated financial statements and external reporting
  • Accountable and responsible for managing accounting policies and reporting instructions
  • Ensure compliance with external accounting rules and regulations, maintain relevant competence in this area
  • Lead and develop the Group Accounting and reporting team and staff
  • Drive competence development activities within Accounting & Reporting in co-ordination with the Finance Academy Lead
  • Provide technical expertise and advice on accounting and reporting matters
  • Participate and represent Group Finance in projects related to accounting & reporting

Your profile

  • You probably have a university degree in Business Administration or equivalent and 5-10 years professional experience within
    • Financial reporting and preparation of annual reports
    • Group accounting or Auditing

You have a deep understanding of accounting rules, regulations and reporting requirements. You also have a strong interest and understanding of Finance Processes, Concepts and Systems.

You are flexible, open to change and have a high-level of communication, negotiation, networking and teaming skills. We are looking for a person with a drive to be a confident leader that will support, empower and challenge people and has the ability to interact with people on all organizational levels and with the courage to question and drive improvements. Fluent in English is a requirement.

Additional information for you
The position will be located in Gothenburg, Sweden on a local contract.
