As part of Tetra Pak Services’ ambitious growth strategy, we are rapidly developing our online sales capability within a broad programme of digitalisation. We are now taking the step to enlarge the product portfolio we offer our customers by introducing a marketplace solution.
The Technical Seller Integration Manager’s primary responsibility is ensuring professional and smooth onboarding of new sellers to the Tetra Pak Services marketplace. You will be responsible for optimising and documenting all relevant processes. You will drive and support both technical and business topics that impact seller onboarding and the scalability of the marketplace within the organisation.
In this position, you will set up new sellers, guide them in their technical preparations, demonstrate our platforms and processes and train the sellers how to integrate their product catalogues and process orders on the Tetra Pak Services marketplace. You will be part of the newly established Marketplace team and work closely with the seller recruitment team, e-Business team and internal technical teams.
You will focus on:
- Building relationships and confidence with the sellers.
- Explaining and demonstrating the on-boarding process and integration options to sellers.
- Understanding sellers’ business and technologies to ensure they integrate via the most efficient and scalable option.
- Being a specialist on our marketplace platform.
- Supporting sellers on-boarding their product catalogue to the platform.
- Assisting the sellers in testing technical integrations and train sellers on using the back-office.
- Being the first point of contact for sellers in case of functional issues and provide on-going support to sellers.
- Creating and maintaining on-boarding documentation.
You have 2+ years’ experience in an integration, on-boarding or solutions consulting role, preferably related to e-Commerce, or a relevant background from Tetra Pak. You have an academic background within Software, and/or Business Management and a natural capacity to work proactively and create results, with the ability to build and maintain working relationships. You have experience from working in projects and can perform in a fast changing environment with a sometimes high level of uncertainty. You are knowledgeable in integrations and APIs and can recommend the best integration option to sellers based on their IT infrastructure. You have excellent Excel skills and are comfortable working with and talking about product catalogues and product data to business and technical stakeholders. You can work independently, and you are structured and meticulous and have attention to detail. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are highly customer-centric and have excellent communication and presentation skills, through written and spoken English.We offer
