Coloplast Sweden is looking for a highly motivated and skilled HR Specialist to run the daily HR operations at the office and contribute to and support building a strong(er) culture, which is the foundation for our continued business success. 

Reporting to the Country Manager of Sweden, and supported by our Nordic HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring that the daily HR operational tasks, for around 50 people in the Sales Subsidiary Office and the Nordic Distribution Centre in Kungsbacka, is taken well care of, including but not limited to…

  • HR administration and labor legislation requirements
  • Recruitment support, onboarding and offboarding
  • Work-environment (EHS)
  • Support of the Country Manager and the executive leadership team

Key tasks

  • Support hiring managers in recruitment processes in cooperation with our Nordic HR BP
  • Develop the general onboarding program in Sweden and create the specific onboarding programs together with hiring managers
  • Responsible for the formal work around employees working environment at Sales Subsidiary Office and Nordic Distribution Centre, which includes regular meetings, minutes and follow-up
  • Support, country manager and people managers in HR related matters as well as project work  
  • Support the annual people cycle
  • Responsible for employee handbook and employee policies
  • Local expert and admin in the corporate HR system (SuccessFactors and Employee Central)
  • Expert in Swedish labor law and legislation (keeping your self updated)
  • Responsible for development of employment contracts and formal employee letters (e.g. salary variations)
  • Manage leave of absence
  • Maintain a list of potential successors (internal and external) for all positions
  • Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators 
  • Owner of the local intranet site
