As a result of sustained growth , the Swedish operations of Hays look to appoint an HR Business Partner to be based in our office at Stureplan in Stockholm. You will report to the Managing Director for Hays Sweden.

Your new role
Your role will be to work with the management team to further develop the HR practices at Hays Sweden that are key to support the business objectives of Hays as well as enhancing the reputation of Hays brand in the region.

The initial focus for the position will be recruitment, employment legislation and regulations, structuring on-boarding programs, arranging training/education sessions. Over time the position will have the opportunity to develop beyond these key areas in a more strategic sense. From the outset the role will be very hands on to develop and deliver in the key areas mentioned above.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally we are seeking someone with at least 2 years of experience in either a HR generalist position or as an in-house recruiter (either in a recruitment agency or in another industry) who has been actively working with employment legislation in their day to day work and ready to take the next step in their career.

To be successful you must be hands on, business oriented and tactical in your approach to your daily work. Your enthusiasm to source and hire new talents to the business should shine through as this will be a major part of the position in the foreseeable future. Ideally you have had some experience from the staffing and recruitment industry, but we are equally open to hear from persons who are experienced from other industries.

You must have had experience working with Swedish employment legislation, be fluent in Swedish and capable in English.

Above all, we're looking for an accomplished all-rounder, someone with the right attitude, who has strong interpersonal and relationship management skills and who will relish working for a global organisation.
