About the role
As Key Account Manager you will be part of a new department in Sweden. In teams of two the focus is to build new customer relationships as well as maintain and managing the client portfolio on the Swedish market.
You will work independently with the main objective to sell, establish customers relations and develop new business opportunities which includes planning, quoting and ordering. As the organizational structure for the Swedish market is not fully in place, the delimitation can change over time and you will be part of the strategical planning.
Your primarily responsibility as Key Account Manager are:
• Main contact for clients, partly responsible for key customers
• Estimation of project/order budgets
• Prepare forecasts
• Providing end-to-end project management throughout the projects
• Budget responsible for projects & orders
• Handling of warranty cases
• Follow general conditions of contract
• Participate in regular customer meetings
• Follow EHS
The work will be in close collaboration with factories and functions such as R&D and Logistics. You will report to Operations Manager located in Denmark and you will be part of the sales network in the organization.
You need to have solid experience in sales or sales procurement of technical equipment and it is an advantage if this has been within retail. Otherwise you can have documented knowledge of working as refrigeration engineer or service technician within refrigeration. You are able to work with MS Office, Excel and business software as tools, and it is meritorious if you have knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics C5. The position requires you to be fluent in Swedish and as you will be working in a global Group you need to manage working in English.
It is mandatory that you have a driver´s license and access to your own car as you will be visiting clients a few days a week.
We are looking for you who are business oriented and have a commercial mindset. The position requires you to be able to work independently towards objectives and in accordance with overall strategies. You have a structured and effective way of working as well as having the ability of being proactive and prioritize among tasks. This in combination with strong interpersonal skills and interest of technical know-how, will be key factors to success.
Important for the role:
- Solid experience in sales, sales procurement or as service technician within refrigeration
- Fluent in Swedish and very good knowledge in English
- Driver´s license
