In Supply Chain Operations Industrial Base Performance (SCO IBP) we develop and provide standardized manufacturing equipment and processes to our converting factories, so that they can meet the demands for today and the future. The Lamination & Web Handling team is mainly responsible for developing knowledge and solutions in the areas of extrusion coating, lamination technologies and surface treatment. And we are now looking for a new Manager in the team to build up competence in a new area of technology!
As our new Manager within CVD Coating Technology you will be part of a management team of six people, who are Process, Systems, Specialist and Competence managers. Initially, you will be managing a group of 2-3 people. This area of activity is relatively new in Tetra Pak and it comes with some very exciting and demanding challenges in the future for you to solve and to work with. This area being new gives you the great opportunity to influence within the company.
You will focus on:
- Leading development activities related to industrialization of CVD coating technologies
- You will be working in a cross functional agile team as a Product Owner
- You will move your career to an exciting area of equipment specification, knowledge building and manufacturing process definition
This position will be in Lund with various international interactions. You will travel around 20% of your time.Who you are
We believe that you are a person with strong drive for results and the ability to deliver on time and under pressure. You have a University degree within Engineering and a solid work background within the same area. This includes experience from an understanding of new technologies to define comprehensive development roadmaps and to establish a new competence area eventually. You are acquainted with manufacturing operations and Early/Project Management, leading activities from technology development to designing a manufacturing operation, as a plus. You are a natural leader and guiding, coaching and engaging people motivates you. Experience from managing high performing teams and stakeholders at all levels is something that we wish for in this position. Collaboration across boundaries and reporting progress in forums of different management levels is something you feel comfortable with.
